Guidance for hypertension, diabetes, gout, and high cholesterol
Supplement and nutrition support to improve adherence and results
Before proceeding, please make sure you read our Online Consultation Policy which states our clinic policies on consultation fee payment, rescheduling, cancellation, and no-shows.
Please also note: A laboratory test result is required before your consultation.
Once your payment has been verified and your appointment is confirmed, we will provide you with the laboratory request form so you can complete the required test before your scheduled consultation.
For patients from countries like the US, New Zealand, or Australia, if lab tests are not feasible you may provide quarterly results.
